Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your item in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included) and within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are subject to  quality inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.

Shipping  & Delivery Timeframes

After payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and 5--6 weeks to ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. GT40 watches will ensure your watch is packaged with care and arrives safely and securely. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Please note that GT40 watches is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and your shipment may be subject to import fees. As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied.

GT40 watches is not responsible for any taxes or fees on outbound or returned products.

Because customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time it might take to clear your customs agency. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

We do not pay shipping on returns.
